The festival’s highest authority is the board of representatives, which consists of the current board, all organizers who have held concerts at the festival in the last 3 years, the festival’s auditors, a representative of Vendsyssel Festival Venner and a representative of each of the subsidizing municipalities. The festival’s board is elected by the board of representatives.
